I had quite a lot of trouble deciding what to put for "lying", because I think there are degrees of lying, and if the lie you're telling is of the little white variety then it isn't particularly immoral. It's when you tell lies that have the potential to be hurtful and damaging that it becomes immoral.

That's the problem I had too.
"Very nice." may not exactically be as truthful "You go out in public like that?!?!?!?!" but it's at least a shorter and less recriminous conversation.

So I opted for "None of the Above" on both homosexuality and sodomy out of deference for the decision in Lawrence v. Texas, but I think it is open to debate as to whether either is really out of the "illegal" realm at the moment.

I said murder is none of the above because I think in some circumstances its justifiable. Perhaps your a mother and your child has been raped kidnapped and murdered... i would see it to be justifiable if that mother was to kill whoever took her child.

Murder is Illegal

(Link)
Murder is Illegal in all circumstances. The definition of murder does not include killing in self defense.

If you are mother and your child has been raped kidnapped and murdered and you murder the murderer, you have committed an illegal act. We are not a society of vigilantes. The punishment is up to the court system, not the relatives of the victim.

However, if you are a mother and you are with your child and someone is attempting to murder them and you murder that person, that could be considered justifiable homicide.

Illegal is not an opinion

(Link)
Whether an act is illegal is not an opinion. It either is or it isn't. That fact can change depending upon what state or country you commit the act in.

If an act should or should not be illegal is an opinion.

I expect that Sodomy is illegal in many places, however I chose none of the above because in my opinion, it should not be illegal.

Whether an act is immoral is an opinion.

If it reverses an injustice perhaps? Or against a corporation with no accountability and no traceable victim?
