I don't know if I'm always like this, or if it's a side effect of the charting, but I have been watching my sleep cycle degrade through the week.
Monday night I slept through the night and woke after 30 minutes of the alarm playing.
Tuesday night, I woke up once during the night, and then I woke up early.
Wednesday night, I woke up a couple of times, but I had at least one good run of 3 hours of contiguous sleep.
Last night was a dead loss. I wasn't up long between sleeping, probably max 1/2 hours, but I could not get more than two hours together. Fell asleep around 10 something. Woke at midnight. Woke again at 2. Then at 3. Then at 5.
Since I have no car, I'm definitely stuck here until hoppie decides to move his tooshie, so there you are.
