I'm sure Rich told your mom (-in-law to be) this, but it can't hurt to tell you too. (From Rich's email):
I could not get into the Best Western Capitola; they are all booked up for 9/3 and 9/4.
So, we decided to go to the Capitola Inn. It is a few blocks further away from Meredith's, and it has 2 diamonds instead of 3 in the AAA guide, but the rates are good.
Anyway, Cheryl and I have a suite which will have a table and couch, so we can all congregate there. She said they do not have chairs around the table "but we could bring them in from the balcony" (whatever).
The rooms are on the first floor.
