What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list of 5 things and post it to your journal.
(hrm. I guess I could have finished this before I posted it.)
1. Reading.
2. Talking to friends.
3. Driving aimlessly with no particular schedule.
4. Listing to appropriate music.
5. Playing games.

Things I've learned today

Just say no. It's not going to get easier if you wait.

It won't recognize the settings if they're commented out. Really. No matter how many times you run the program.

This is appropriately timed. I need to reduce my stress level. I'd say:

1. Running as hard and as fast as I can
2. Eating ice cream (in summer) or drinking tea (in winter)
3. Listening to 12 Rounds (always appropriate for stress)
4. Talking to my Mom
5. Standing in the rain (or taking a shower)
