04:37 pm - Taking it out in trade
One of my new coworker bribed me with homemade knitted hair scrunchies to fix her necklace. The cool thing is we both feel like we're getting a bargain. I love it when a plan comes together.

kyttn, next time you need to get rid of some medicine bottles, I'm going to kick them off to tpau who needs them for a larp. (This is not to rush you, she will need them for awhile yet.) I just thought you'd like to know that she's already singing your praises. 8-)

Oh, and in case anyone hasn't noticed, I've added a bunch of icons and I'm feeling overwhelmed by the choices. But in a good way.

Also, my husband met me for lunch today. I really like him.

I'm putting aside another batch for you, slowly, and may send some up with Greg when he comes to Boston in June. It is almost definite that I won't be going. We can't afford it, really, and I can use the time at home.

Re: crafts

I think both tpau and I are in agreement that the regular opaque prescription medicine bottles are superior to OTC medicine bottles. I don't know her reasoning, but mine is the straight sides and wide mouth. Makes getting beads in and out much easier, fewer crevices to get caught in and easier to pour.
