Same here. One of my coworkers who does not speak English as his first language uses idioms and slang phrases quite often and sometimes, he comes up with near misses like this one, which is one of the best I've ever heard.
He's combined
"kit and caboodle"
with
"whole hog"

two phrases that can mean roughly the same thing, but, um, not necessarily together.
