10:11 am - Our Rob or Ross
I'm creating an Oroborus bracelet. Right now his snakely body is size 11 seed beads, predominately gunmetal with a dark olive iris matte metallic stripe. His tail is alternating 4 mm Czech glass Druck Jet and Magnetic Hematite 3*3mm drums finished with a final dark olive iris matte metallic bead. If the head turns out as good as the rest of him, he's going to be stunning.

I've removed the stopper bead and therefore all that is left is his head. Wish I knew what I was doing to create that.

I _really_ want to see that when you finish it...and would like permission to try to replicate the concept as a necklace if I can figure out how you did it...

If it comes out well, I intend to publish full details of how I did it. It will be my first real self-developed pattern. I noticed while I was searching for ideas of how to implement it, there's only one real snake pattern on the net, and it's not an oroborus, although you'd think it would be, and it's peyote stitch, which seems like an odd choice to me, although I might try to model the head on that.
