Duval Patrick has said 11ty billion times he will not leave MA to go to serve the federal government if asked.
I started a new project. Since I'm not doing NaNoWriMo, I'm trying to do some crafting every day in November. Right now I'm working on a Kippah for a member of my shul. I used a largeish yarn, so it worked up very quickly.
Super-sekret project is completed and was mailed Monday as expected, so I guess I'll tell people what it is. I didn't take any pictures though, because I suck. I made a baby blanket for my cousin. This is a dreadful picture of the yarn. The pattern was called shells and braids. They should get the blanket today, or perhaps tomorrow. Angie told me the baby was a boy ages ago, so I used largely gender neutral colors, shading to boyish. But it's not overwhelmingly blue, so hopefully they'll like it. I can't remember if I mentioned it here or not, but she was induced on Monday and had a red haired girl, who they've named Taylor Kaye. I haven't heard what her Hebrew name is.
